Our place is centrally located for visiting all the D-Day sites and memorials. The key US sites of Utah and Omaha Beach, Sainte Mère Eglise, and Pointe du Hoc, the British and Canadian sites Gold, Juno and Sword Beach, Ardenne Abbey and Pegasus Bridge, as well as related memorials, and the Colleville American Military Cemetery as plus many others, British, Canadian, German, Polish. In the town of Bayeux offers an exceptional cultural and historical attraction in the form of a Tapestry dating from between 1066 and 1083. The Tapestry is a Unesco World Heritage Site. Go back in time and follow William the Conqueror defeat Harold of England in the Battle of Hastings, after which England became part of Normandy. Explore the Cathedral of Bayeux and the town's many medieval streets and alleys.

Mont-Saint-Michel

You'll also be less than 30 minutes from the city of Caen, home of many important sites, perhaps the most important of which is the Castle of William the Conqueror.
